Spencer, at just 20 years old, has been with DeLong Construction for three years.

As a laborer and operator, he’s gained hands-on experience by doing a little bit of everything and learning along the way. Spencer shared that one of the things he enjoys most about DeLong is the opportunity to keep moving forward, especially as someone still growing within the industry.
