Repipe of some old galvanized to copper with new faucet and shut offs for the washing machine. Added a new hose spigot and turned the main shut off so it wasn’t against the wall.

I find myself this Sunday morning having to do a rant here as I just came back from a call, and yes we do calls on the weekends. Can anyone explain to me how this water heater costs $10,000.00? She had to finance it and has been making payments for 3 years with another 3 to go. I’m stunned! As I can’t blast the company that did it cause he’d sue, I’m just gonna put it out there that this 40 gallon gas water heater is $1457.00 installed with us. Not 10k!
People for the love of God, check around before committing yourself to years of paying that kind of money!

Someone explain this to me!
Customer told me she had a competitor at her house less than a year ago to rod her sewer. She was told it can’t be rodded and that it was broken. Now how do you know it’s broken if you can’t see through a backed up sewer you didn’t rod? So they sold her a dig. A total of 6 ft of 4” pipe that includes the riser, less than 4 ft deep. Total was 9 thousand fkn dollars!! That’s right! 9k for that!! That’s about 2500 tops! Guess who won’t be calling those hacks back again? Yeah I stole the customer from them today for a water line repair.
People please call around before you pick the “sponsored ad” company. Being sponsored means absolutely nothing except placement on Google that you will pay for with every service call! And that ad is thousands a month. Do some extra calling before you book with these types of people.
