Well, 2020 has certainly been a rough year for all of us! Shutting down because of the virus, then open only for emergencies, then having to navigate safely working through this pandemic, rough to say the least! We want to thank all of our customers for hanging in there with us! We would also like to thank all of our new customers for supporting a small family business! We hope everyone has a wonderful, Happy New Year!!

A Message For Our Customers

For 25 years we have been serving our customers in Allegheny and Washington counties. This is a stressful time with Covid-19 and we want to reassure you that we are implementing safe practices.

We are here for you if you are in need. We have made some changes in our visit to your home to keep everyone safe.

1. We are not working if we are sick or not feeling well.

2. We will call you when we arrive at your home.

3. We want to talk to you in the safest way possible so please wear your mask and preferably come outside if at all possible to discuss your issues before we enter.

4. We are limiting contact as much as possible for both our safety and yours so please practice social distancing and have only one family member interact with us.

5. We are wearing masks, gloves and booties.

6. Please remove items out of our work area to avoid us touching them. Also, please clear a direct path to where the service needs done so that we aren’t touching your possessions or walking needlessly in areas of your home if at all possible.

7. We feel confident that by practicing good CDC recommendations we will be able to safely provide service for you!
