Hosted by Tim Eagan and the team at Eagan Design + Build, members gained insights into the design-build approach and the importance of alignment, communication, and keeping the client's interests at the center.

What a milestone! Eagan Building Group - A Better Way To Build is so proud to celebrate the completion of American Welding Academy's new student residence in Union, Missouri.

This one meant a lot to our team. AWA is investing in the next generation of skilled tradespeople right here in our region, and we were honored to be part of making that happen.

A huge thank you to Rob Knoll and AWA for trusting EBG with this project, and a big shoutout to all the subcontractors who poured their hard work into every detail. This is what community looks like.

We recently got the whole EBG team together for something a little different from our usual day-to-day.

Mark Mehrhoff from our architectural partner IBDS came in to walk our staff through the world of architecture, what it takes to become a licensed architect, how the design process actually works, and what makes the contractor-architect relationship so critical to a project's success.

Spoiler: becoming a licensed architect is no small feat. We're talking 13 years on average from start to licensure. The session gave our team a genuine appreciation for the expertise and dedication that goes into every set of drawings we build from.

For us, the EBG and IBDS partnership isn't just a working relationship. It's built on mutual respect, early communication, and a shared goal: delivering the best possible outcome for our clients.

When the architect and the builder are truly on the same team, the results show. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every project.
