About the Job
You’ll operate a manual transmission dump truck and trailer, hauling materials to and from active construction sites. You’ll work closely with field teams to support excavation and grading, ensuring every load is delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
· Safely drive and operate manual transmission dump trucks and trailers
· Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
· Haul materials in and out of construction sites, following all safety protocols
· Maintain clean and safe vehicle operations at all times

Our favorite tradition each year is right in our backyard. Washougal’s lighted parade is hands down the most the fun thing we do every Christmas season.
It always hard to get a good full size picture of the truck once we are in the staging line but a HUGE shout out to Shawn Cagle (and family) for revamping our sign as well as Ryan Curtis for helping decorate. We could never do this without the Godfather of trucking Mike Farrell (iykyk)! And the Donahue and Brock families for bringing all the candy and Christmas accessories and everyone else who was able to join! 🎄🎅⭐️✝️

The City of Washougal does a great job and we are thrilled to be this years Santa’s choice winner of the year!!

A little backstory about us that makes this so special. We are home town proud in East Clark county. We have 3 trucks that are painted orange and black for the Washougal Panthers. One that we even had a panther head pained on! We have two trucks that are red and black for the Papermakers and we have a crimson and gray truck for the WSU Cougars. The rest of the fleet are mostly blue and gray (our company colors) with the addition of a few new trucks that are a little different but we live and breath to support the communities we live in. We are so happy to see the papermakers send their football team to state on Saturday and we are proud to bleed orange and black tonight as we participate in the parade.
