🚧 New project underway in sunny San Jose, California! 🚧

We’re kicking off a new modular installation at Martha Gardens Apartments, a five‑story modular build set atop a concrete podium.

What makes this project unique? There’s no space for a crane on the ground, so once again, we’ll be placing a crane onto the podium using another crane, similar to the approach shown in the video from a past project.

Complex logistics. Tight site. Innovative solutions.

Stay tuned for more updates as our team continues to push boundaries and rise to new challenges. We’re incredibly grateful for our continued partnerships and for the opportunity to work alongside the best in the modular industry.

As this project is nearing completion, we’re thrilled to see this vision become reality! This newest affordable housing facility at 80 Saratoga features 200 thoughtfully designed units encompassing 186,667 square feet, constructed from 280 innovative modules. Installed early in 2025, this project is a testament to the power of collaboration and modular construction.

A huge thank you to all our partners for their dedication and teamwork in bringing much-needed affordable housing to the community. Together, we’re making a real difference—kudos to everyone involved.

🌟 Celebrating a major milestone! 🌟

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the Monterey Road project. Despite challenging weather, our dedicated team and partners worked tirelessly to deliver a beautiful installation—setting 156 modules with precision on a concrete podium. Encompassing 130,974 square feet, this project will provide 240 units of much-needed affordable housing for the San Jose community.
