It's the first day of fall and sweater weather is officially here! 🍂

Time to tackle your fall home maintenance checklist:

✅ Trim back any large tree branches near your roof to limit wildlife access, prevent damage from falling branches, and reduce debris in gutters.

✅ Inspect your roof inside and out for signs of water damage or deterioration, such as sagging, missing shingles, or rusty flashing.

✅ Clear debris from eavestroughs and downspouts (after the leaves have finished falling!).

✅ After each storm, walk around your home for a visual check. Look up at the roof, but also look down at the ground. If you see shingles missing on the roof or find them lying on the ground, have them replaced as quickly as possible.
