ROAD CLOSURE IN EFFECT — E. TYSONS TRAIL

A road closure is currently in place on E. Tysons Trail for watermain construction associated with the Wasilla Palmer Water Interconnect project.

Please follow posted detours, allow extra travel time, and drive carefully near construction crews and equipment.

The trails and ski runs at Skeetawk take a lot of time and effort to build and it's all been made possible thus far by support from Alaska Pacific Rental , All Points North, Battleground LLC, Gage Tree Service , Mat-Su Trails and Parks Foundation , Matanuska Electric Association , N C Machinery , , Snowcat Services of Alaska , and Tutka, LLC !

Tutka crews are well underway in the construction of Fern St in Wasilla.

Cottonwood Cr is getting a new arch pipe and the road is getting a path along the side of it. Lots of traffic on this one! Thanks for your patience to everyone driving through.

Also, remember there is a detour road to get around the Fern project by taking the new road that Granite put across cottonwood creek when they did KGB (KGB to Weeping Birch to Edland to Fern)
