Alaska's Gov. Mike Dunleavy has moved the deadline to apply for individual earthquake assistance from the state to Feb. 28, 2019.

Our good friend and home inspector Jamie Brough from Pillar to Post shared some great information. Since winter has arrived. Please watch for ice on your roof and if you need help fixing the issue don’t hesitate to call on us.

As the roof surface ages, it wears and becomes less and less reliable. Eventually it may leak. But not only old roofs leak. One of the most common causes of roof failures is poor workmanship
