A before and after. Took down old decorative wall that had mixed match colors, was falling over. Filled in giant sink hole. Removed smaller decorative wall and graded out to match slope of yard. Laid out fresh topsoil and planted new grass seed. No hydroseed here. Despite the huge variations in weather its coming out very nice. Aerate next year and overseed and this lawn will look absolutely stunning.

400 yards of topsoil layed out nicely. Going to bring in 200 more of top quality soil to top dress this and then planting some Alaska lawn mix to complete this property.

Finished up a new lawn install. It was quite challenging with many low spots and high spots to start with on such a rocky subgrade, but. With some extra time I think I got it pretty darn close to flat. Looking forward to seeing this some to fruition.

Little bit of a larger job. Removed an old decorative wall that was mix matchcolor and falling over. Re-installed new decorative wall with 1 solid color. Very large sink hole filled with rock and dirt then top dressed with topsoil planted some grass seed and fertilizer. Looking forward to seeing a nice lush flat lawn in the near future.

In between my day job, business and family time. I try to squeeze in an hour or 2 here there for my personal property. Need to transplant all my apple trees to a new area I opened next to our new greenhouse. I was also able to put in a few hours on the new harley rake getting a good feel for it before taking it onto customers properties. I have to say this new toy is a game changer. This made my newly prepped area look Awesome! Flat, even and fluffy soil. I have about 400 yards of topsoil I need to get spread out and plant grass in the next 2 weeks. Its going to be busy but worth it.
