Restoring this neighborhood eye sore will be one of the greatest projects we’ve done. Whole left side of the house was burned and we demo’ed the whole left side. After working with the county, we have now begun framing and finished the subflooring and ready to put up walls this week.

Super excited to get the entire Lowes delivery for the framing portion of one of our flips! We’re excited to turn this neighborhood eyesore into one of the best looking houses on the street.

But when you have thousands in material sitting at the driveway, you need to have some form of security camera. We are using Defend by Tacticam and it looks great! Stay tuned for the framing portion!

Project Sheely completed and under contract looking to close hopefully soon! This one was a rollercoaster and had some logistics and internal issues that had to get dealt with, but after dealing with it and getting the right people in place we were able to get it fixed up, shining and presentable in a way that we’re proud of.
