project is another large complete gut, remodel with a beautiful design connector addition. nailed this design! Taking a pretty bland house built in 1982 and adding modern details to revitalize the house to the times of today.
First time using a triple glazed tilt/turn European window.
Stay tuned for the exterior, it will have oak thermowood siding and the windows are recessed into the wall with custom metal sills that are going to look sick!!

Phase 2 of our project is a complete gut interior & exterior of this circa 1900's farmhouse. We added a 2 story addition off the back of the house that allows for better accessibility of all floors.
Phase 1 barn is complete and enjoyed its first winter. The siding was left unfinished, the owner requested this to speed up the natural weathering. #
