Hey 👋 TGIF everyone… I picked up some Copper sheeting for custom metal details around our curvy pond side deck and catwalk, framing continues at our Lakeview project, the shop team delivered some beautiful custom made ambrosia maple cabinets to our yoga studio project as well… stay tuned for more. ☀️🤙🙌✌️

Progress is moving forward at our Lakeview project with remodeling and framing stages underway. We've installed a temporary bubble overhead to safeguard the existing structure during demo and will continue framing the second floor deck. We're also back on site at our bathhouse project after a winter break, focusing on framing a curved catwalk extension to a new deck for wood fired hot tubs and outdoor shower. Stay tuned for updates… Upward and onward

I had a bit of running around to do between all of our ongoing projects yesterday… I experienced a snow squall on our mtn top yoga retreat that was nothing short of spectacular as the sun pierced through the storm. I had to stop by our fabrication shop after that… continuing to see beauty everywhere around this snow event. My day ended out at our pond side bathhouse/sauna mountain retreat… I am truly so grateful to experience the natural beauty that surrounds us… we have so many blessings on this big blue planet of ours.

One of our projects has been spaced out in phases over the course of several years now as we carefully developed the land and site to build our clients dream yoga studio with developing plans for a future home. The mtn top site has breathtaking views both east and west after our careful and selective tree clearing. We have been pausing over the winter months due to logistical challenges the winter months bring to a site like this. Spring is here and we are excited to continue construction with our sub trades this past week installing the PVC membrane roof, electrical, plumbing, heating and HVAC rough in. This yoga studio will have a ducted heat pump system for AC/supplemental heat, radiant tubing throughout the entire 1st floor with concrete topper slab pour over, ERV and make up air system to give this high performance building a optimally conditioned space. Our cabinet team has been fabricating beautiful custom pieces for the bathroom vanity, laundry and kitchen spaces including one of our signature concrete sinks. Stay tuned for more. Double 2x4 stud exterior wall framing and steel moment frame welding continued this week on our lakeview project. We are really excited to see these multi point slider openings take shape… capitalizing on the properties breathtaking westerly views. 🤩 Nice work team Cypress🙌☀️🙏🌻
