As the lengthy winter gives way to spring, we are thrilled to provide updates on two outstanding projects that are really starting to take shape! Our team has skillfully installed Drexel Metal and Sheffield Metals Black 24 gauge standing seam roof systems during the winter period. Each roof system is customized to fit the unique needs of each project, courtesy of our onsite rollformer panel machine. Both residences will feature LP SmartSide board and batten, LP fascia and soffit, custom LP window and door trim kits, and Versetta stone, creating a natural look for our Norway Lake project. This year SMBS took a more competitive approach to our company holiday party.

Congratulations to Dave and KDawg on becoming the 1st Annual SMBS Candlepin Bowling Classic Tournament of Amateur Champions - a prestigious and coveted (made-up) award!🥇

Honorable mention goes to to Kaden for a string high score of 100 and KDawg/Dave for a team high score of 180.

Dishonorable mentions for lowest scores will remain nameless, we will leave it up to you to guess who it might be. 🤭
