include forming, installing rebar, placing, finishing, and cutting concrete.
-Additional experience we are looking for includes operation of construction equipment such as (excavators, track loaders, dozers, ect.), CDL A, and other construction experience including basic residential/commerical framing.
-Pay will depend on experience and level of knowledge. Pay scale is $22-$32 per hour. Our company offers overtime pay, paid time off, and uniforms.

About the job:
We are seeking a well-rounded Carpenter and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various concrete finishing techniques and a strong understanding of construction site operations. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of concrete surfaces for various projects, including driveway installation and patio renovations, as well as commercial jobs.

We aim to please our customers. Our team takes pride in taking projects across the finish line; going above and beyond to finish the project.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and set up construction sites for concrete pouring.
-Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.
-Work on a variety of projects to fulfill customer needs.
-Collaborate with other tradespeople, including masons and carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.
-Perform restoration work on existing concrete surfaces, ensuring they meet quality standards.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
-Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment and tools.
-Familiarity with masonry techniques and trim carpentry is preferred.
-Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
-Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with concrete finishing.
