We are once again looking to hire somebody to join our shed building team and firewood operation. We are looking for someone that has some carpentry experience, maybe some roofing and siding experience as well. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Person should be motivated, willing to work 5-6 days a week, every week. have a valid drivers license. We offer paid vacation, paid holidays, overtime, hourly bonuses paid out twice a year. 12x20 Gable that we built on site in Elkhorn WI. We had to work with the landscapers to get this one done. Very limited access to the site, and the landscapers had quit an extensive project going on. They pulled off the site for a couple of days so we could get our portion of the project done.

We got this one put back together for this customer up in Mequon. Set the shed back on the slab, got hot anchored down per the local code, and got his ramp back installed so he could get his stuff back in the shed. We did not build this shed, we just helped him out after his original shed contractor did not look into permits for the shed.

We picked this shed up in Madison WI and we moved to out west to Black Earth WI. A family member of our customer had a new garage built so they did not have room for their old shed anymore. We picked it up in Madison and got it all set for them at their house in Black Earth WI.

12x20 Gable shed that we delivered complete to Delavan WI. Featuring our transom doors with a side service door. 3 2'x3' white single hung windows. And our aluminum ramps from ShedRamps.com. The ramps are 2'x4', they have a matching threshold on the shed that they hook into. They are very light and easy to move.

Not all shed contractors are created equal. You really need to do your due diligence when hiring a shed contractor. We do work all over southeast WI and Illinois, and I can count on one hand the number of times that a permit was not required. Every municipality has their own rules and those rules change from town to town, village to village etc... I always tell the customer to call their local building inspector to see what is required. We will provide you with all the paperwork needed for the permits. It is impossible for us to know what every municipality requires as far as permits go so you need to call and find out. This customer trusted his contractor, then we get the call after the fact to bail them out when a shed needs to be moved, and a $4,000.00 concrete slab is required in his municipality. That explains why the original price for the shed looked so good. We won't even comment on the build quality of this shed, we will leave that one for another day.

We finally got back out to Vernon WI to get this shed back on its new concrete pad. Thanks to Wieting's Masonry Services...

We finally got back out to Vernon WI to get this shed back on its new concrete pad. Thanks to Wieting's Masonry Services for helping us out on this one. Not all jobs are big and glamourous. But its these small ones that actually have a real affect on someone's life that are the most rewarding. This couple had their shed built by the big national chain, and due to their being no pre-construction inspection, they were left with a shed that was almost unusable. We moved the shed out of the way so Wieting's Masonry Services could come in, excavate out a proper level pad for the shed to sit on, so it was usable for our customer. We then came back and moved the shed back to its new level home.

We went south of the border today to Westchester Illinois to help a family out moving a playhouse that had some sentimental value to them after the sale of a house. We were able to go down and move the playhouse that their father helped build and get it moved to their new location. We got pretty wet and had to wait out the storms a little bit but we were able to get the playhouse moved to its new location.
