So this is a common situation that we have where we work with Realtors, Brokers, and Homeowners.
This home SOLD, and then the hail storm hit leaving damage to the roof and siding. This is also a scenario when you have an accepted offer, and then go through the home inspection uncovering deficiencies that can either kill a deal or send you back to the negotiating table.
We are happy to report that the new owners have moved in with a new roof and siding and everyone is happy!!! 🎉. We love our work that we do and make everything as smooth as possible.

Not only do I want to stress the importance of working with a Local Roofing Professional for all of your roofing needs, but I also want to point out that some of our people in the community have mentioned getting their deductible paid for with their insurance claim. This is a felony. BE CAREFUL not to accept or ask for this.

Potential STORM DAMAGE OCCURS.

1. Call for a FREE roofing inspection that can include siding, gutters, etc.

2. A thorough inspection is performed, and all damage is documented in a report.

3. We offer recommendations on next steps and it will be priority to call and start your insurance claim.

4. We will guide you through the entire process and are available to meet with your insurance adjuster when they come out.

5. We do not disappear after the work is done. You can find us :).

How big does hail need to be to cause damage to your roof?

Approximately 1" hail can cause damage to your roof depending on the condition of your roof.
Hail can cause damage to metal roofs, TPO, EPDM, and Asphalt.
