We are a small, growing excavation company looking for a reliable and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. If you’re experienced with excavation work and enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers , motor graders, Haul trucks , and skid-steers.
Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation for residential and small commercial projects.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Follow job site safety protocols and instructions from the project manager.
Assist with general labor tasks as needed to help the team complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to read site plans and follow directions accurately.
Strong understanding of job site safety practices.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions.
