For the 7th week in a row, we celebrated another new Journeyman, this week it was Thomas. Thomas came to us from the U.S. Navy and mentioned during his speech how this has become his home over the past few years. We've enjoyed watching you grow in your skills and look forward to where it will take you.

Today gave us another opportunity to come together as a company to celebrate a new Journeyman. Cole joined us while still in high school and has grown up (literally and figuratively) before our eyes. In his speech he thanked everyone for believing in him and putting in their time with him. We're proud of you, the sky's the limit.

Another Tuesday brings us another Journeyman Party. Caiden has busted his rear to get where he is and we're extremely proud of him. In his speech, he thanked everyone for teaching him while he grew and "taking a chance on a 17 year old". It wasn't a chance, we saw the potential. Keep grinding.
