A great job for some great customers. We started with major demo, haul off, excavation and drainage work. Rip rap for their several hundred feet of shoreline. 500' of pipe for downspouts and drains. Poured a new patio and piers and built a retaining wall. Then the new much bigger deck with a ceiling so they can stay dry underneath in the rain. And seeded and straw mat on the way out.

A fairly extensive scope of work is under way. These are just progress pics. Lots of demo and haul off. Grading and drainage work. Trenching and over 500' of pipe laid. New retaining wall and larger patio poured. 120 ton of rip rap placed. Next is a new larger deck and seeding in the spring.
