Today's NATE Climbing Experience was about more than ascending a tower. It was about elevating understanding.

By giving congressional staff, regulatory personnel, and policy professionals the opportunity to experience telecommunications tower work firsthand, NATE helped connect real-world infrastructure deployment with the public policy decisions that impact our industry every day.

For NATE contractor member companies, these hands-on advocacy events are critical. They showcase the professionalism, technical expertise, safety culture, and dedication required to build and maintain the wireless networks that millions of Americans depend on. The experience also helps policymakers better understand the workforce and infrastructure challenges facing the industry as demand for connectivity continues to grow.

Thank you to SBA Communications Corporation and Network Building & Consulting, LLC (NB+C) who made this event possible, and thank you to those who participated and helped tell the story of the communications infrastructure workforce. Together, we continue building relationships that support sound policy and a stronger future for our industry.
