We are proud to release our 2026 Environmental, Social, and Governance ( ) Report. This report highlights the real progress we have made toward reducing our environmental footprint, advancing responsible business practices, and supporting the well-being of our employees and communities.
By staying focused, we have hit some massive milestones:
✅ Climate Action: We achieved a 69% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, beating our 2031 goal four years early.
✅ Clean Energy: 90% of our global operations are now powered by renewable energy.
✅ Resource Care: We have cut water usage by 30% and waste by 17.1%.
✅ Our People: 90.4% of our global team affirms Siemon as a Great Place to Work.
