We sell Simplex Homes, Bill Lake Homes Modulars & Redman Homes manufactured homes for the thrifty buyers. We are located at 379 Stafford Ave Waterville, NY also known as St Rt 12...about one mile north of village. Hours are limited on Mondays appointments only please. Tuesday thru Friday 9 to 5, Saturday 9 to 4. Call for an appointment at 315-841-8700 of stop in open hours.
