Did you know that tile is one of our areas of expertise? Kavestone LLC was actually founded as a company specializing in tile and thin brick veneers for convenience store remodels, bathroom remodels, and building BEER (K)AVE’s for Circle K across the country. From Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, to Ohio, Kentucky, and clear down to Phoenix, Tucson, and even Tombstone, Arizona.

But before the birth of Kavestone in early 2011, we were residential builders. We’ve consistently taken
residential new builds and remodels as they’ve been an important part of our business, especially for fill in work between big projects.

Right now we’re booking up bathroom remodel projects. If your bath or garden tub has become useless, if you’re ready for a fresh, new, brighter bathroom, or even just a custom tile shower; message, call, or send a text and we’ll come take measurements, listen to your vision, and maybe give you some ideas.

Teaming up with Jason Stevens Excavation & Earthwork on this project. Rebuilding a poorly constructed jetty on McGrath Pond. While we typically would’ve used a water filled cofferdam, we couldn’t have one built and shipped in time so we’re gonna build one ourselves using stone filled bags and poly.

Hoping to get that set up and pump the water out of our work area tomorrow. Stay tuned for project updates!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Pat on some neat projects down in Massachusetts back in 2004. We’d go out for dinner and drinks regularly. Pat knew all of the spots. We’d have bbq’s at his place, hang out on the porch. Had fun times and many laughs on the job working for Scott Seaver. I remember competing with who could carry the most 2x4’s on their shoulder while climbing up ladders to the 3rd floor. He was all about that Dodge truck he’d hotrod around in (junk😆). His brother had a real truck, think it was a 48 Chevy pickup, candy apple red.
Patrick married Christal during that time if memory serves. Crazy to think that was almost 20 years ago. He and I had recently caught up via Facebook. Had in depth conversations about life and love, he ironically spoke of how short life is. But everything he had to say was positive. He was a cheerleader for me and I for him. My heart goes out to his wife, his family, friends, and crew. I was fortunate to have met him and I’m thankful for the memories.

Got the cofferdam set up, Atrayal is filling it right now. 58° this morning. It was a bit chilly for a dip, but we got it done!!!
