We are actively hiring an equipment operator to work and operate our sand and stone pit. Duties would include loading varies size trucks with wheel loaders ranging from 1 yard bucket to 6 yard bucket as well as a John Deere 350 excavator. Feeding a Powerecreen screen plant processing sand, stone, and top soil. Daily maintenance of machines and screen plant, changing screens, and keeping maintenance records on all machines as well. This is a full time + position. Experience is a huge plus but the right candidate can be trained. Position available immediately. Top industry pay!

A beautiful morning at the pit means one thing: keeping the momentum. We already have a solid inventory on the ground but with grading season in full swing, we’re out here to keep these stock piles growing.

We tackled the drainage issues first with a fresh French drain, then cleaned up the lines by defining the beds. Topped it all off with fresh seed and straw to get that lawn back on track.

We spent last week turning a “sad and depressing” dirt lot into a finished landscape. For this new build the goal was simple; stop the mud and start the curb appeal.

We wrapped up the final touches Friday morning, but the real work happened below the surface. Before any sod was laid, we brought in the Harley rake to pulverize construction hard pack, reset the grade and add some fresh top soil to replenish nutrients.
