From renderings to reality ⏩

The end of October marks one year since construction officially began at 146 Marketplace. In that time, the first building has gone from rendering to reality and we’re proud to announce Healthy Living will officially open its doors tomorrow 🍎🛒

At Luizzi Companies, we take pride in doing what we say we are going to do. We don’t just create renderings and talk about what’s coming —we actually build it. And we work every day to make the finished product even better than what was originally envisioned.

Seeing the renderings alongside what stands at 146 Marketplace today represents the standard we hold ourselves to: stand behind our word, execute on the vision, and deliver what we show.

And this is only the beginning.

More buildings. More businesses. More residences. More progress ahead 146 Marketplace 👀

The latest look at the development of 146 Marketplace 👀

The progress on Healthy Living is incredible, from a paved parking lot to new signage —and plenty of things happening on the inside of the space as well to get it ready to be open for business 🍎

And how about a look at the new traffic circle from up above? When we said this project would be transformative for the town of Halfmoon, we really meant it 😎

Keep following along for more updates along the way! Our team and partners are working hard on this project and look forward to sharing with you what other plans we have in store 👌

We are making great progress at 146 Marketplace 🌲

146 Marketplace is looking more like a destination every day. Since our last update, the roundabout is in, the trees are planted, and our anchor tenant, Healthy Living, is getting ready to be the first to open its doors 🛒
