You can’t manage what you can’t see.

Now it’s all right in front of us.

With XBE, our crews and dispatch aren’t guessing. They’ve got near‑real‑time visibility into where trucks are, what’s moving and what’s next even in tough coverage areas.

That’s turning into real results out in the field:

- Over 40,000 trucks dispatched since launch
- 25,800 timecards handled digitally in 2025
- 20,000+ loads moved without paper tickets
- 88% GPS visibility across the fleet

XBE isn’t just a tool; it’s a shift in how we move materials.

What does CM/GC actually mean for a job like MST SURF?

It means getting involved early, planning smarter and solving potential challenges before they show up in the field.

On this $59M busway from Marina to Seaside, our team has been working alongside Myers & Sons Construction from the start, getting involved early to think things through and solve complex issues proactively.

That early partnership shows up everywhere throughout the project. This transit corridor will reshape how people move through the region, delivering a faster and more reliable connection between communities.

This is what CM/GC looks like in action!

Our team in Llagas Creek is operating like a well-oiled machine as we continue the work on Phase 2B of the flood protection project in Morgan Hill.

Crews are moving efficiently through excavation, grading and channel improvements that will help increase capacity and reduce flood risk for the surrounding community.

It takes tight coordination, experience and a strong commitment to safety to keep work progressing at this pace, and this crew is delivering every day.

Proud to see the focus and teamwork as this phase keeps taking shape!

When the Boeing 747-400 hit commercial runways in the 90's, it brought with it a problem no one had seen before.

Fully loaded planes were putting so much pressure on the pavement during take-off and landing that the asphalt on the runway began to deform under the weight. Tiny depressions formed where planes stopped, and over time it threatened the integrity of the runway.

There wasn’t a proven solution for it yet, and no studies had been done on what type of mix would support such a significant load.

Graniterock worked alongside project partners to develop and test a new asphalt mix specifically built to handle the weight of the new plane. It performed, and it held strong.

Not long after, the team took on a major runway reconstruction implementing the new mix under a tight timeline and completed the work in just 22 days.

It’s one of those times where the work goes beyond just placing material. It’s about collaborating to solve a problem that didn’t have an answer yet and then delivering on the solution.

The equipment and finished work might grab the attention on a jobsite, but the people out there doing the work are what matter most.

Day in and day out our team members show up ready to take pride in what they do, putting everything they have into getting it done right. That effort is what you’re really seeing on every job.

We’re proud to have a team like this. You are the reason Graniterock has thrived for 126 years.

Thank you to all our team members for all you do!

At Quail Hollow, the story starts long before the first load of sand was ever hauled.

The material here was formed nearly 10 million years ago, when marine sands were pushed up into the Santa Cruz Mountains. Today, that same deposit produces high-quality sand used in glass manufacturing across California.

The land itself dates back to late 1800s homesteading, before mining operations began in 1972. Graniterock has operated the quarry since 1997.

What makes this place unique is that the same geology that creates this resource also supports one of the rarest ecosystems in California, with active conservation happening alongside production today.

It’s a reminder that the work we do is always part of something bigger!
