I personally use the Rain Bird 32SA is an adjustable gear-drive rotor sprinkler. It covers a 19 to 32-foot distance with a 40° to 360° spray pattern. Priced around $12–$20 it features a closed-case design and Rain Curtain nozzle technology for even, efficient watering.
