TS Fabweld | Custom Fabrication & TIG Welding in Waukesha, Wisconsin 🛠️

When you're fitting a 427 Twin Turbo under the hood of an '89 Caprice sitting on 28" Forgiatos, off-the-shelf parts just don't cut it. Clocked the turbo and hand-fabricated custom driver-side intercooler piping.

Working on this Caprice made me want to pick up a clean Box Chevy for my own build project. If you know of any clean Caprice or Impala bodies for sale around Wisconsin/Midwest, drop a comment or hit my DMs!

Took a needle scaler to the frame of an Excursion to remove all the corrosion. Then sprayed it all down with fluid film. Fluid film is an excellent undercoating product. Unlike rubberized undercoatings that harden and trap moisture underneath, Fluid Film continuously creeps into seams, drives out moisture, and blocks oxygen from reaching the metal since it remains wet.

Imported straight from Japan, this legendary 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser 3.0L Turbo Diesel just got a massive breath of fresh air. We just finished up a custom performance build on this rig to unlock better efficiency, lower EGTs, and more reliable power.

Custom Intercooler – Drastically dropping intake temperatures for better engine longevity and sustained power.

Traction bars are suspension components that connect a vehicle’s frame to its rear axle. They prevent the axle from rotating or twisting under heavy acceleration, also known as axle wrap. By keeping the axle firmly in place, they eliminate wheel hop, prevent driveline vibrations, and improve power delivery to the ground.
