What an awesome day. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported us! I'm terrible at taking pictures but it was nonstop the entire day. It was wonderful meeting so many new people in the community and talking about natives. We'll definitely be doing this again.

Thanks again to our good friends at Sweet Smoke BBQ for inviting us out and also to Held's Native Blooms for helping provide the plants and the fun.

We are pleased to announce that the world of BBQ and native plants will collide next Sunday, August 16th! We have been invited along with Held's Native Blooms to join Sweet Smoke BBQ for a day of smoked meats, native plants, and a great time. Over 40 plant species will be available including many of the fall favorites like goldenrods and asters. We are really looking forward to this one!

Year 2 update on a garden install from last year. Biodiversity for the win! This garden was humming and full of life. A few empty pockets will be filled with plants later this summer but we couldn't be happier with the progress. Less lawn, more natives.
