• The approximate start date for this position is April-May 2026
• Preference is for experience in construction industry but is not required. Training will happen throughout spring and summer of 2026 Candidate must have the desire to grow and adapt with our growing company.
At starting candidate will be trained by the current foreman. Starting candidate can expect 30-40 hours per week starting. Eventually this role will be responsible for up to 50 hours a week or what is required for the jobs that week. Some work does extend into the evening hours, on these days it is acceptable for our employees to start later or as a job demands. It is essential to this role to understand all our services including but not limited to spraying, coloring, vacuuming, cleaning, grinding, blasting, caulking, cutting concrete surfaces which have already been placed. Once an understanding of our services is obvious this position will include a pay raise. We are looking for a long term fit for this position. A candidate who is looking for only temporary work will not be a fit for this position. Our season for work begins in April and extends until November. With the possibility for winter work (snow plowing) Hours outside of this will be less than full time.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
• A clean driving record will be required to operate company vehicles.
• Candidate must be punctual, responsible, and honest.
• Being able to communicate with customers successfully will be important.
• Employee must be able to operate some equipment including but not limited to: Concrete saws, shot blasters, floor grinders, shop vacuums, angle grinders, basic power tools (drills, miter saws, sawzall).
• Experience with power tools and a knowledge of them required.
• Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate construction job site terrain
• Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
• Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment
• High school diploma/GED preferred
1+ years’ construction industry experience preferred
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
