We crushed it, right? Now we’re burning $5-a-gallon gas driving our kids to playdates THREE HOUSES AWAY in SUVs while the planet bakes like a Totino’s pizza on your dashboard. And all the while, we pretend like our chemically sterilized, HOA-approved lawns are somehow normal. Spoiler alert: They’re not. They’re a freaking wasteland. And here’s the kicker—we already wrecked 99% of the tallgrass prairie. Like total clowns. All that biodiversity? Paved over for Eno Vino and two-car garages.
