Instead of traditional demolition, we’re taking a mindful approach by salvaging all usable materials, appliances, and furnishings so they can be repurposed or donated. Residential deconstruction allows us to honor the original craftsmanship and create space for intentional, elevated design.

Copper Pine Homes is gearing up for a 3,400 sqft full gut remodel with a 1,000 sqft addition next month. This will be an incredible transformation that is truly “defined by design.”

We’re proud to partner with Designs of the Interior Green Bay whose client‑first approach mirrors our own. Their thoughtful lookbooks bring clarity, excitement, and peace of mind, ensuring every space is beautifully planned long before the shovel hits the ground.
