Garage approach removed as old one has almost zero pitch and water flowed into the garage doors. The home owner wanted to add a full fail safe solution so we placed in trench drains and diverted the water 80’ away. Front door sidewalk was out of code and that was removed and replaced at the same time.

Rip and replace driveway and walkway. Driveway 1656 sqft and walkway 300sqtf.

Ashlar slate stamped with 6 colors. This patio was designed to draw people away from normal patio to push folks to fire pit. This differentiates people so they are not in the middle and not really part of either group of people and makes the seating areas more defined.
