UPDATE ON Sandra J Jonet!

We have gotten new sheathing over the floor, so we have a solid clean surface to install new flooring!

We have finished ripping out all soft, and or moldy drywall! The Preserve At Birchies Place knows someone who has offered to do the drywall work!

Mike Hoffman donated all the insulation needed to insulate the areas we had to remove.

We have had flooring donated to do 2 bedrooms, 2 closets, and laundry room. The bedrooms have been painted.

WE STILL NEED FLOORING! 780 SQ FT. OR 510 SQ FT OF 1 KIND AND 275 SQ FT OF ANOTHER KIND.

THURSDAY The King's Table Bible Ministry will be there to finish vacuuming and scrubbing the last of the walls and painting everywhere that doesn't need drywall work. IF ANYONE CAN HELP JUST REACH OUT OR SHOW UP AT SANDY'S AROUND 9AM.

Parkway Heating and Cooling came and re leveled the central air unit, looked over the furnace and gave everything the good to go, and it is working GREAT!

Once we have floors in, walls painted, drywall done, then we can start moving Sandy back in and create a list of needs. I promise its coming. This is a large project and we are doing our best with the help of our ministry to get it done as quick and quality as possible! We have contracts to complete during the week, and busy with the ministry on weekends but we are making the time to keep progressing!

Long awaited update on Sandra J Jonet!

Thursday, when the video was posted, we had finished the roof and tore out the moldy drywall and wet insulation.

Saturday, Mike Hoffman headed up a crew to clean up downed trees and brush in the yard.

And lots of people I didn't get to see, came out and got it all done by about 2pm! Several hands makes quick work!

Monday, we were busy, and Sandy got a break.

Tuesday, The King's Table Bible Ministry, and half of Raindrop Roofing headed up the crew to clean out the house,
Just A Peak Exteriors LLC donated the use of their dump trailer and covered disposal fee
JSL dumpsters donated a dumpster
Northwoods Contracting LLC (Wyatt Juneau) is covering tonage
And a name I didn't get, Hayes out of Pestigo, also donated a dumpster.
Big Dog's Outdoor Services was there loading everything from the house into the dumpsters
Several community members, I can't list them all, came out, and again many hands is light work, by 4p we had the whole house emptied out!

Built By Betts Seamless Gutters is going to put gutters on free of charge!
Chris Andrew's Construction out of Niagara is doing the soffit and fascia.

A lot of other people have reached out to either donate (41 Market in Menominee is donating hot dogs), work, or support the brat fry/corn roast, vendor fair, and silent auction, on September 19th from 10-5p, at N12094 US Hwy 141 Wausaukee. (The King's Table Bible Ministry)

After we got it cleaned out, we discovered pipes in the 2nd bathroom had leaked and the bathroom floor, part of dining room floor, and spare bedroom floor, the subfloor had rotted out, so Sandy approved it being removed so we can replace the subfloor and insulation across the 3 rooms. But, we completely gutted the kitchen and Preston, a member of the ministry, not only got things shut off and fixed enough to turn the well back on, he got the hot water heater up and running!

The master bathroom was scrubbed top to bottom and sterilized today and with the water on, Sandy now has a complete bathroom to use! It's part of the master suite, and the bedroom walls, floor, closet, window and doors were scrubbed and sterilized, by the end of next week will be painted and with new flooring, she will have a bathroom and bedroom safe and functional as we work through the rest of the house.

Volunteer days for painting and flooring will be coming up, I will keep everyone updated on those days.

Contractors who have reached out, please keep in touch, we need drywall work on the ceilings, HVAC for central air tune up (and reposition/clean condenser), and soon donations of house furnishings, back entry porch building will be needed, if anyone can and is willing to donate.

Alright! So much outpouring of support from all of you!

Several other contractors have offered to help, as well as many community members. We will keep posting on our business page and sharing in groups as we go to keep you all updated!

Currently, we loaned her our camper, so she is inside, with a fridge and stove and microwave!

Her roof is now finished and water tight.

She has soffit and facia on site, still needs to be installed.

A dumpster, that was donated by the dumpster company, and tonage is being paid by Wyatt from Northwoods Contracting, is being delivered today.

Tuesday at 9am, my wife, and our ministry will be there to continue working on cleaning out the interior and figuring out what we need and what needs to be done!

On September 19th from 10a-5p The King's Table Bible Ministry is hosting a brat fry/corn roast and vendor fair, all profits and donations will go to buying building materials and things that she needs! Watch on Facebook, the event will be posted in the coming weeks, make sure you share and get the word out!

The hotdogs for the brat fry have already generously been donated by 41 Market in Menominee!

Got a call yesterday that someone started a roof in pembine. Left it wide open. So I went to look. I felted it yesterday.
Last night at bible study I got our ministry together, The King's Table Bible Ministry, We are going to help her. She is 70 and disabled living outside due to the mold. Horrible. We went today. Ripped down a ceiling, finished the roof , Sunday ill take a dumpster. Way more work inside to be done. we also brought a camper for her to stay in.So we will be running a fundraiser at The kings Table bible Ministry in wausaukee in September for her. Brat fry, corn roast. Contact me or the kings Table Bible Ministry if you want to help. We need to do better people.
I won't drop names but the contractor is out of wausaukee. A hint he is a pe*****le. Did 15 years for ra**ng his step daughter.

we have a great reveal today. Unfortunately not my best pictures. This home owner was having problems with his flat roof for years so we built it up and steeled everything!!!!! Now he's got a roof that will last a lifetime.

Another beautiful roof over. This time with our black krinkle. With our special designed fly away gable trim you get a very nice clean look without sacrificing the integrity of the roof!!
