Commercial spaces do not have to look like commercial spaces. 🎨

Hudson, Michigan.

This custom metallic went into a commercial build where the floor carries the color identity of the entire space.

Charcoal, yellow, and red, worked by hand into a finish that flows through the entire room.

✅ Custom color blend developed for the project
✅ Seamless across the full space
✅ Antimicrobial and easy to maintain
✅ Rated for commercial foot traffic

If your business floor is just grey concrete right now, there is a much better option available.

Your garage should match what you put in it. 🔥

Bryan, Ohio.

If you have invested in the vehicles, the storage, the lighting, and the layout, the floor should not be the one thing still sitting at builder grade.

This flake system pulled the whole space together.

✅ Black, grey, and white flake blend
✅ Full gloss finish that reflects the overhead lighting
✅ Rated for heavy vehicle weight and hot tire contact
✅ 10-year warranty against peeling or delamination

The floor is the largest visible surface in any garage.

Make it count.

Every metallic floor is a one-time event. 😍

Archbold, Ohio.

The pigments in a marble metallic move during application.

We guide them, but the exact pattern that forms is created in the moment and can never be replicated.

That means your floor is genuinely the only one like it anywhere.

✅ Hand-worked during install for depth and flow

✅ Copper and bronze tones with natural movement throughout

✅ Mirror gloss finish

✅ UV-stable topcoat that holds the finish for years

This is not a product you buy. It is a floor that gets made.

We are based in Wauseon and we have been doing this for 13+ years. ✨

This install is right here at home.

Grey and white flake, full gloss, wall to wall.

Being local means we know the concrete in this region. We know how the freeze-thaw cycles affect slabs here. We know which systems hold up through NW Ohio winters and which ones do not.

✅ 13+ years of installs across NW Ohio, SE Michigan, and NE Indiana

✅ USA-made products on every job

✅ 10-year warranty against peeling or delamination

✅ Local crew that shows up when we say we will

We are not a franchise. We are your neighbors.

Two days from bare concrete to this. 🏠

Monclova, Ohio.

A lot of people assume a garage floor install is a week-long disruption.

It is not.

We are in and out in two days and you are parking on it 75 hours after we finish.

✅ Day 1 grind, crack and pit repair, basecoat, flake broadcast

✅ Overnight cure, which is the step that makes the bond last

✅ Day 2 scrape, vacuum, polyaspartic topcoat

✅ Walk on it at 24 hours, drive on it at 75

Anyone promising a one-day install is skipping the cure.

We do it right.

Fall is here, which means salt season is not far behind. 🍂

Archbold, Ohio.

Bare concrete absorbs road salt every single winter.

The salt works into the slab, holds moisture, and causes surface spalling and pitting that gets worse every year.

A sealed flake floor stops that completely.

✅ Salt and moisture sit on top instead of soaking in

✅ Sweep or mop it away with no damage to the slab

✅ Protects your concrete through every freeze-thaw cycle

✅ Built for Ohio and Michigan winters

Getting your floor done before winter is the single best thing you can do for your concrete.

Neutral tones age better than trends. 💎

Washington Lake, Michigan.

This Venetian flake blend uses warm greys and tans that work with almost any garage setup.

It hides dust. It hides tire marks. It hides the everyday wear that shows up on solid color floors within months.

And it is not going to look dated in five years.

✅ Warm neutral flake blend

✅ Full coverage broadcast across all bays

✅ Slip-resistant texture

✅ 10-year warranty against peeling or delamination

If you want a floor you will still be happy with a decade from now, go neutral.

Custom patterns are where flake flooring gets interesting. 👀

Napoleon, Ohio.

This floor has a full grid cut into the finish, creating a large format tile look across the entire space.

But underneath it is one continuous, fully sealed flake system.

No grout. No seams. No lifting tiles. No cracking.

✅ Custom grid pattern designed for the space

✅ Fully seamless system underneath

✅ Sealed with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat

✅ Zero maintenance beyond sweeping and mopping

You get the look you want and the performance you actually need.

Seamless matters more than most people realize. 💪

Archbold, Ohio.

In a commercial environment, every seam, every grout line, and every joint is a place where moisture and bacteria can get trapped.

A properly installed flake system is fully seamless across the entire floor.

Nothing gets under it. Nothing collects in it. Nothing soaks in.

✅ Continuous surface with no seams or grout lines

✅ Antimicrobial finish standard on every install

✅ Chemical and moisture resistant

✅ Designed for daily washdown and heavy cleaning

For any facility where sanitation is part of the job, this is the right system.

Custom means custom. 🎨

Hudson, Michigan.

A fully custom marble metallic with a charcoal base and yellow and red pulled through the finish.

Most flooring companies will give you three or four stock metallic options.

We build the blend around what you actually want.

✅ Custom pigment blends mixed for your project

✅ Hand-applied and worked during install for depth and flow

✅ Every floor unique, no two the same

✅ UV-stable topcoat that holds the color for years

If you have a brand color, a theme, or just a look in your head, bring it to us.
