We all know landscaping is a last priority when it comes to buying a home, but it’s the first thing you see when it comes to selling one.
We work hand in hand with realestate companies who are in need of listing homes on the market quickly and homeowners who have a smaller budget to work with. A little bit of cleanup goes a long way.
Removing overgrown brush/leaves, pressure washing the siding and sidewalks, pruning, pulling w**ds, mulching, mowing and removing overgrown grass made a world of a difference.
This Wauwatosa house is ready for pictures and will be listed on the market this upcoming week. Good luck to Firefly Real Estate and good luck to the owners of this home!

Successfully converted this w**dy dirt patch to thick healthy grass in 3.5 weeks in just four easy steps.
Step 1: Spray w**d killer
Step 2: lay fresh topsoil
Step 3: throw good quality grass seed
Step 4: water daily twice a day

Some people really struggle with growing healthy grass for several reasons, having dogs or kids, too much shade, or very dry dirt. These are all very easy fixes, just need the right formula. Contact us if your lawn needs help!

Here are some before and afters of this cute tosa home. They were struggling with the mulch washing into the grass so I created a deep natural edge between the mulch bed and the grass. Did a complete new layout for this heavily shaded yard with a variety of evergreens, hostas, hydrangeas and burning bushes.
The difference between the before and afters show the importance of re-edging and mulching every year to keep a clean cut look.

The owners of this lake house accidentally sprayed too much roundup around their plants in effort to kill off the w**ds. So we brought it back to life with a new layout. 20 bobo hydrangeas around the border and about 15 different species of hostas. This hosta jungle is going to look amazing once it establishes.
Just a reminder to be careful when spraying, but hand pulling w**ds is preferred here Green Goddess Landscaping

Gave this yard a little bit of everything and now the homeowners are proud of their yard.
✅Pruned bushes
✅Removed lava rock and stone border
✅Pulled w**ds
✅Installed 5 arborvitaes to cover the fence
✅Installed shredded hardwood mulch
✅Added soil/seed/straw to bare lawn spots
Don’t worry if you have neglected your yard, that’s what I’m here for to help get it under control
