We are looking for an Administrative/Office person to assist in ensuring our day-to-day operation tasks for a concrete company are completed. This person will manage incoming calls and act as the first point of contact for our field teams. The office person would be responsible for taking business calls, assisting with new bid projects, ensuring scheduled crews are provided with day to day assignments and general office responsibilities. Microsoft Office experience a plus
Your role is to create and maintain a manageable work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Previous experience as a office person would be an advantage.
This is an on-site position during normal business hours. Bilingual Spanish is a plus
