Euclid Acres Euclid Acres is a small, family run farm in Waxhaw, NC. Bringing freshly picked blueberries, vegetables, eggs, and baked goods to the community.

I know you’ve probably all had cinnamon raisin bread before, but have you ever had cinnamon mulberry bread? This was definitely a delicious experiment that I look forward to making again! I am grateful for my kids picking me a bunch of mulberries from their grandparents house and suggesting I put in in this batch of sourdough!

A little late night sourdough shaping. I started it later in the day than I planned so I decided to keep it simple and not do any inclusions. My starter, Edgar Allen Dough, went a little crazy this go around so it's a lot stickier dough than normal. These 2 loaves will proof in the fridge overnight and I'll bake them sometime tomorrow!

Our daughter was given an incubator and is thrilled to be able to start hatching out her silkies eggs! The garden is growing fast and we’re beginning to enjoy some of the early produce like lettuce, Swiss chard, radishes, and my spring onions that have grown incredibly large!

It's been a busy week of moving bitties, building new chicken coops, and the never ending weeding in the garden!

We’re spending our days watering and weeding the garden. I’m thankful to have some of the best helper! Some things like the radishes and herbs are already being enjoyed! The chickens keep changing up where they lay their eggs so it’s a competition each day to see who can find the nest! My lime tree finally has a good bit of babies growing! Last year it flowered and started growing a ton and all but one all fell off. Fingers crossed it’s a success this year!
