Some time ago the back half of this chain link fence was removed so the homeowner could have some trees removed. We discussed several options in materials with the homeowner and they chose black chain link to redo the fenceline on this property. We worked the last couple of mornings (due to the sun and heat) and completed this fence from where the old chain link ends to the back corner of the property.

A local salon here in town asked us to remove their two old shampoo stations/chairs and install 3 new ones that they had purchased. We rebuilt the wall cabinet behind them to conceal the plumbing, ran new water supply lines and drains for all 3, then connected them all back up. The salon now has an updated and modern space to continue their very busy business!

We spent the last couple of days installing this paver patio. The homeowners had purchased topsoil and the pavers and asked us to level out this area and install the pavers. It's a nice upgrade to this backyard and will make for a great space for summer evening dinners.

Six months ago we were hired to clean out this mobile home after tenants left and to make it ready for another tenant. Well, after an eviction, this property was trashed and damaged and we were called back in to make it ready again. After several trips to the landfill, two days of cleaning up the trash and dog p**p in the yard and several more days scrubbing this property, today we finished and made it ready for new tenants. As previous landlords ourselves, we greatly sympathize with this homeowner and what he has gone through, but guarantee we can make it right!

As the weather is warming up (finally!) our calls for lawn care and spring cleanup begin.

Along with cleaning up a few items from this property, we removed the old wooden fence along the underside of this carport and reused some older vinyl fence panels (that we replaced last year). A much nicer and cleaner look for this homeowner.
