BACKGROUND
After moving back to his hometown of Waynesburg, PA in 2011, Neil Shannon noticed the need for a local lawncare chemical company. He spent 10 years specializing in the Metro Atlanta lawncare chemical industry as a technician and eventually became a branch operations manager for the largest independently-owned lawn chemical company in the Metro Atlanta Area. After seeing what works and what does not work, he developed a program specifically designed to address the needs of lawns in the Southwestern Pennsylvania Area. OUR PROGRAM IS TAILORED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL LAWN
The majority of the grass in Southwestern Pennsylvania is Fescue, a form of a cool season grass which is ideal due to our colder winters. However, every yard is its own diverse micro-environment which may require different treatments. Our recommended 4-application program was designed to offer optimal results for your yard. There are no wasted chemical applications, time, or wasted money.
