✨ Basement Transformation COMPLETE! ✨

Another basement brought to life by the LJC Construction crew! 🔨🏡

This project was all about turning an unfinished space into a beautiful, comfortable area that our customers could truly enjoy — and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

This is what makes LJC Construction so special… Our contractors and suppliers aren’t just people we work with—they’re family.

Our son, Lane (the “L” of LJC) had surgery recently to get his tonsils and adenoids removed, and went 10 days without eating any solid food. This week he could finally eat real food, and our friends showed up in the best way. 🍕🥹

Thank you to Brandon from Deaton Plumbing for the Doritos, and Dennis from Requarth Lumber for the pizza he’d been craving!

It’s the little things that remind us we’re surrounded by some truly incredible people. We’re grateful for each and every one of you! 🤍🩶🖤

The secret is out and we would like to say:
Welcome to our new shop!

Deaton Plumbing will now be operating out of the old fire station located in downtown Waynesville.

We are BEYOND excited to start this new chapter. An official shop has been a dream of ours for quite some time. We reached out about 2.5 years ago to the township asking if they had plans to sell the building. At that time, unknown.

I'm so grateful to Wayne Township and Wayne Township Fire Department. It has been a LONG journey in so many ways but worth every moment. The hard work, patience, and flexibility of everyone involved allowed this amazing thing to happen.

Above that? Thank ALL OF YOU for supporting us and allowing this dream to come true. This move means we can be more efficient and effective in serving our community. We are busy cleaning up and settling in.

We will be closed Monday, July 13 to get the shop completely up and running. Beginning Tuesday, July 14 we will begin operations at 165 Miami Street!

Another LJC Construction bathroom transformation in the books! 🚿✨

We’ve been so busy lately that we’re a little behind on sharing some of our recent projects. This bathroom upgrade completely changed the look and feel of the space. Clean finishes, and a modern design came together beautifully for our client.

We’re grateful for the continued support and trust from all of our customers that keep us busy doing what we love. More project photos coming soon!

Happy 40th Birthday to our right hand man and brother, Andrew Berczelly! 🎉🔨

He’s officially reached the age where the noises getting out of the truck are louder than the jobsite equipment. 😅

For years, Andrew has helped keep LJC Construction running strong, solving problems, and keeping crews in line. We honestly don’t know what we’d do without him… Thanks for all the hard work, loyalty, and laughs. Hope your 40th is filled with cold drinks, good food, and an easy work day.

🏡 What does “punching out” a new home mean?

Before a family gets the keys to their brand-new home, there’s one final step called the punch out. This is when we walk through the house carefully, checking every detail — from paint touch-ups to trim, fixtures, and finishes — making sure everything is just right before move-in day.

And sometimes punch-out days mean doing things we don’t exactly love… like climbing a ladder way taller than we’d prefer to admit… 😬😉

Somewhere between checking the final details and making sure the house is ready, there’s always somebody being goofy behind the scenes. Because when your family works together, no job gets done without at least a few laughs along the way. 🤪

Building homes is serious work… but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun doing it!! 🔨 🏠 🩶
