Happy 40th Birthday to our right hand man and brother, Andrew Berczelly! 🎉🔨

He’s officially reached the age where the noises getting out of the truck are louder than the jobsite equipment. 😅

For years, Andrew has helped keep LJC Construction running strong, solving problems, and keeping crews in line. We honestly don’t know what we’d do without him… Thanks for all the hard work, loyalty, and laughs. Hope your 40th is filled with cold drinks, good food, and an easy work day.

🏡 What does “punching out” a new home mean?

Before a family gets the keys to their brand-new home, there’s one final step called the punch out. This is when we walk through the house carefully, checking every detail — from paint touch-ups to trim, fixtures, and finishes — making sure everything is just right before move-in day.

And sometimes punch-out days mean doing things we don’t exactly love… like climbing a ladder way taller than we’d prefer to admit… 😬😉

Somewhere between checking the final details and making sure the house is ready, there’s always somebody being goofy behind the scenes. Because when your family works together, no job gets done without at least a few laughs along the way. 🤪

Building homes is serious work… but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun doing it!! 🔨 🏠 🩶
