We have been steadily making progress at the Mathew Lane Property!! Framing completed, doors & windows set, decks framed, siding install, caulked and ready for paint, trades will be roughed in this week!! Next on the agenda is painting the exterior, shingles, sheetrock then all the finish carpentry!!
For me personally, I’m off to Florida for a long weekend men’s retreat. I get to hang out with 120 friends for a much needed spiritual and mental reset!! See you all next week!!

-Interior walls framed
-Roof trusses set and structural roof sheathing installed
-Decks framed
Ready for the trades to rough-in

Major progress at our Mathew Lane property!
The foundation is set and the structure is taking shape.
Recent milestones completed:
✅ Basement slab poured
✅ Basement framed
✅ Main floor joists and sub-floor installed
✅ Stairs from basement to main floor completed
Next on the list is the main floor walls and zip board wall sheathing-stay tuned!

Mathew Lane Spec House is off to a good start.
The double wide mobile home was demolished and hauled away along with a few tons of garbage, wow I can’t believe people was actually living in this trash.

Franklin Project, 4100 FASL just below the Blue Ridge Parkway. Complete Renovation & Covered Deck Addition in full swing. I knew today was going to be a great day starting off with this beautiful sunrise!!!
This deck is engineered for a hot tub and 140 mph high wind zone. I would put this crew up against any!! We made this look easy but it wore us out!!
