In LakeSociety Magazine's Summer 2026 issue: Sweet Moments, featuring the charming guest cottage we call Three Bears, in collaboration with Chisel Architecture Liquid Pink Interiors and Edgerton and Co.
An excerpt: "The homeowners both have New England roots, and they wanted the cottage to have a relaxed, coastal summer house vibe," says Sara Whicher. The proportions of the cottage were charming, but the layout wasn't ideal for hosting guests, as it had an awkward kitchen and a tiny bathroom, so she and Marcy Townsend tweaked the floor plan to make it more functional and flexible for grownups, children and grandchildren..."
