TX Edge Project Update — Mineral Wells, TX!

Big progress continues on this build for Barwick Holdings LLC as the project steadily comes together. The decks are now in place, while interior upgrades are wrapping up beautifully with a new kitchen backsplash, updated cabinet hardware, bathroom vanity lighting, upgraded lighting throughout the home, decorative backboards in the bathrooms, and a power pole setup all completed.

Next on the schedule are sewer and water line installation, septic installation, home skirting installation, well installation, driveway completion, a 20x20 carport, A/C Installation and final cleaning to prepare this home for the MLS with Makenzi Edwards - Lynch Legacy Real Estate Agent

We are excited for the opportunity to install the Jessup Housing 28' x 76' Bahama floor plan in partnership with Barwick Holdings LLC. This newly released floor plan features an expansive 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with a den, spanning 2,001 sq. ft. This home is designed to provide a more affordable price point for larger homes, making it an excellent option for buyers needing space without sacrificing value or comfort. We are proud and honored to be among the first to bring this home to life!

Past Project Highlight – Granbury, TX

This project delivered an affordable housing option for the area while maximizing space and functionality. This Jessup Jackson Single Wide offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1,191 sq. ft. on a 50' x 100' lot. The home featured stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space, a beautiful kitchen island, and many other features throughout.
