I've been working on this wonderful 1901 home for almost 2 years. It was a beast! It was a full gut. Since it has 16 inch thick stone walls it was a challenge. Now it's over 3000sf of beautiful history. I'm hoping the owners will be able to enjoy it and make new family memories there.

Weather finally let's us pour the driveway. G2 concrete is the best. Wrapping this little house up in the next few weeks.

Insulation is in and sheetrock is going up. Closing this one up fast. Spray Foam is the way to go!

Siding is up and ready for painting. I love repurposing hidden treasures. The cedar on the front porch is what held this house together for so many years. What better place than front and center.
