🚜 THE WORK YOU DON’T SEE MATTERS THE MOST! 🏠
These pictures show an important part of any new construction project — building the pad that everything else will depend on. Before the concrete is poured and the walls start going up, the ground underneath needs to be properly built up, graded, leveled, and compacted.
A house or barn pad that is too low can allow water to collect around the foundation instead of draining away from it. A pad that isn’t properly compacted can settle over time, potentially leading to cracked slabs, foundation movement, uneven floors, shifting walls, doors and windows that don’t operate correctly, and costly repairs. Poor drainage can also contribute to erosion, standing water, and moisture problems around your building.
At H Bar B Services, LLC, we understand that a good finished project starts long before construction begins. Taking the time to establish the proper elevation, drainage, and a solid compacted base helps give your home, barn, shop, or metal building the foundation it needs for years to come.
💪 Build it right from the ground up.
