As we wrap up our Meet the Team series, it only feels right to introduce the person who started it all.
Meet Chris—our Owner and General Manager.
While many business owners spend their days behind a desk, Chris is still involved in the day-to-day operations of Parker County Cooling & Heating. Whether he’s meeting with customers, supporting our team, solving problems, or making sure every job is completed the right way, he’s never far from the work.
But around Parker County, many people know him by another title…
Coach Chris.
Besides HVAC, Chris’ other passion is coaching youth sports. Whether he’s coaching one of his two boys on the ballfields or mentoring a member of our team, coaching comes naturally to him. He believes in helping people grow, encouraging them to do their best, and leading by example.
People often ask why he started Parker County Cooling & Heating.
The answer isn’t about building the biggest company.
It was about building something meaningful.
Chris dreamed of creating a business his boys could one day be proud of and maybe even become a part of someday. More importantly, he wanted to build a company where customers could expect honest recommendations, dependable service, and fair pricing. By keeping overhead low and focusing on what truly matters, his goal has always been simple: treat people the way he’d want his own family to be treated.
That mission has only grown stronger over the years.
When our family walked through one of the hardest seasons of our lives during my cancer treatments, this community showed us what Parker County is truly about. The prayers, encouragement, meals, messages, and support will never be forgotten.
It’s something that changed us.
Serving this community has always been important to Chris, but after experiencing that kind of love firsthand, giving back became even more personal. Every honest recommendation, every service call, and every customer interaction is another opportunity to serve the people who have given so much to our family.
Chris doesn’t love the spotlight, and if he were writing this himself, he’d probably keep it to one sentence.
But those of us who know him know this:
His integrity, humility, and genuine passion for serving others are the foundation Parker County Cooling & Heating was built on.
And we’re incredibly thankful for the leader he is.
