DONT DO IT!! I wouldn’t accept free product from them at this point. Never will I use their products again.
I ordered two sets of twin windows with half moon tops to replace a customers hail damaged existing units on 6/12/25. They have lied to my outside sales rep at Ridout lumber numbeous times with made up dates about assembly and shipping. The most recent was an offer of a 20% discount for a guaranteed delivery date of 9/5/2025. Guess what didn’t arrive today? One last phone call and another promised delivery of 9/12. My outside sales rep with Ridout has shown me all email proof of their false claims. I have had to refund my customer and will probably lose him as a future customer because of their deceptive practices.
The sales rep Adam Parsons for Jeld-Wen couldn’t care less about providing customer support. Responding to the issue at his leisure. Complete and total failure of customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. I have proof of everything as well.
