Don called with "roof" leak. Checked roof out & saw sewer roof vents collars in bad shape.

Before & after of Marion's spare bdrm. Including pulling cardboard squares down & wiring fan with light switch. She was very patient with me as it took several visits to finish as there were many different steps to this project.

Grant wanted to eliminate a small hallway & widen the opening to the dinning room. Sheetrock, texture & paint to follow.

Added new window & back door. Spent most of the 5 hours on this job reframing the window to move it over to the right as the fridge was too close to original one & this new window was a bit wider.

Sort of a closet...added enough 2x4 to fasten sheetrock to....boxed around hvac ducting....texture & paint.
